Engine help

I just bought a 351 winsdor for $30 and the rocker arms and bolts through them... Are they supposed to have bolts or studs? It is out of a 70's LTD... Any help would be great...

You got a late model engine with non adjustable rockers. You are going to be pretty limited on what cam you can use unless you have them machined for screw in studs and guide plates.
