Opiniuons on the restomod which way to go (pics)
+1 to this. Take a look at LCC's car on here. It's a sweet 68 fastback with some very nice subtle mods to it that really actually make the car stand out. It's one of my most favorite cars on this forum.

keep the primered look i always feel like youd be more of a badass with the flat black primered look or something of that sort. no need for fancy colors if ur just gunna run it n gun it till the paint chips
I would do a 67 Shelby or http://www.ringbrothers.com/products...?product_id=45 more of the car http://www.ringbrothers.com/projects/reactor/ that is the only kit that don't mess up the cars lines like the eleanor kit does.
Less is more when it comes to these cars. They were a beautiful design when built and playing with the look too much brings alot of negative results. Mine will look stock but perform worlds better than stock. It's the unseen performance improvements that make mine different, messing with the exterior look was never an option.
Go with something classic. Shelby look is always good (though I prefer the 68 to the 67) if you want to look a little different. The plain Ford design is still sweet too, though. Just whatever you do, DON'T put an Eleanor nose/hood on it. And please, for the love of all that is good in this world, don't put rubber band tires on it. These cars need a significant amount of sidewall to not look silly.
