This is why you always keep your car insured....you did it keep it insured right?

Sorry to hear and see that. That looks like it was a pretty bad fire.. hopefully no one was injured. Any chance of insurance covering any of it?

This was exactly the reason I got Hagerty insurance the week I got our car! This way your covered through the entire restoration.

Does the shop have any insurance? Any recourse against the shop? Was it your shop/garage? Homeowners or renters to cover it?
What happened?
I think I will be checking out hagerty, had no idea they would cover during restoration.
Sorry to hear about that... What a shame! Not even the metal is recoverable? (melt?) That has to be heart-breaking. Sorry!

wow man my jaw dropped when I saw that, I'm very sorry. I don't know what I would do if something like that happened to my car, whether it have been when it was being restored or sometime in the future. I hope you can get some sort of insurance coverage, and if not, I hope this doesn't deter you from doing another mustang in the future.

Best of luck

Oh wow!
Good luck with that!
If you're not insured, I'm sure you'll be able to scrape something together over the next couple of years. Anyhow, don't give up on that dream!
