Default Installed export brace---realignment?

Hey guys.

I installed my one piece export brace this evening, and I had to jack the car up slightly on the engine crosmember to let the shock towers move about 1/8 of an inch, thus letting the brace fit in place.

the gap between the cowl and the fender widened slightly. Do I need to have the car realigned now?

Thanks,
Allen

IMHO, No, you will not. It didn't affect the alignment at all.

You should be ok. Mine didn't need it after putting it in.

So what did you go with? Chrome or Black? Straight or curved?

Pics dude, We need PICS!

I like to take pics & see pics too, I just had to see if ya had your hears on Clutch. lol I didn't have to realign My 1970 after installing export bar, but I did have to set the car on jack stands to let the shock towers move outwards a wee bit.
