Default Gt500 progress update.

I haven't been on this site in a couple months because i've been so busy...I'm sad to say I haven't gotten too much work done on the car but i've still been collecting up more parts. here are some pics. Hope you enjoy!

still looking good :-) i find that the front wheels are sticking out a bit. is that an illusion (me blind?). i have a bunch of parts to fiut as well, but i'm extremely lazy and with that weather .... so ya. i know what you mean with 'busy' (busy=christmas turkey like a stone in stomach and couch is more comfy than a garage floor ...)

I understand the stall, it sucks. I'm in the same boat, collecting parts and waiting for spring to get here! It sucks working on it when it's 25 out.

Car looks great and I live the color scheme.

kalli, those wheels need to go, they are 17/9's. I thought I could make them work but i found out not without doing some metal work to the fenders. I'm replacing them with some 17/8 shelby 10 spokes.

The Shelby 10 spokes are awesome. That will look perfect. Are you still getting those Kalli?

Already thought that through but it's too darn hot outside in the summer time in AZ to be laying on the ground under a car.....unless you hae an air conditioned garage

Awesome shade of RED on that Mike! I'm not a lover of red however everytime I see your car I take an extra few seconds to look just at the color.
