On the front or the back brakes?

The PV is used to adjust the rear brake pressure. You'll want to balance the pressure to keep the rear from locking up under hard braking.

you have only only one line going to the back. if you have a single master it won't have a dedicated outlet to the back, it's coming from the distribution block. if that's the case mount behind the distribution block. otherwise into the single line coming from master to rear.

most prop valves allow pressure when you tighten the ****, which is quite the other way round people would think. just in case you don't have markings on the dial and it confuses you ...
