Default Should I buy this

A 67 Mustang Coupe is for sale for $2000.00 or best offer. It is all origional ,arcadian blue, 6 cyl, auto, power steering. Won't start but turns over. Interior is in need of being re done and a paint job. Is this car worth it? Might be able to get it for less. I haven't seen it yet except a picture. Not sure about any dents or rust. But looks like no dents.

check the framerails for rust. the trunk area (under trunkmat) for rust.
Bring a gallon of water and shove it down the coal and see where it's coming out. if the water makes it to the inside of car (foot area/firewall), then I'd stay away from the car unless you planned weeks of cutting and welding anyway ...
