It's a forum announcement. I didn't see or know where to find it either until I was poking around in the S197 Handling section and stumbled across it there.
Whichever admin set the announcement set it as global so it shows everywhere, rather than going into the advanced settings and putting it only where it applies. Simpler on their side, but then you end up with it in somewhere like this where it doesn't work. The thing to do is complain to either the admin for putting it up here where we can't do anything with it, or Koni for not letting us participate.
Considering the contest has you tell why koni why your mustang needs the shocks more than any other mustang you would think we would definitely qualify
