Ok i have to rant some. I dont mind the gt350 themed cars but to go so far as to put a shelby body tag on it is dishonest. To me this is way to far over the line and into fraud area. This car is a c code mustang fastback and to put a shelby body tag on it is wrong and presents the very real possiblity that the car could be passed off as a real shelby. Just like when people put GT badging on a 64 and try and sell it a a real gt.
If it's near you go take a look and take a lot of pictures. Be sure to photo vin numbers at the door tag and under the hood. Look for sheet metal in the floor that has been replaced and any hidden rust. It looks to me like the rear end is too wide for this application. It appears the rear wheels will rub the quarters.
Good
Nice front end suspension and brakes.
Cool color
Nice interior
subframe connectors
Bad
stock power steering-I'm not a fan of it
rear end too wide
maybe
clear coat doesn't shine like it should in a couple of areas
rebuilt t5 or a new T5z?
I would ask what clutch is in it. 450 hp will burn a stock clutch quickly with abuse
I would research the engine builder and go over the engine specs with a fine tooth comb. Not many people have experiance supercharging in a carb application.
Check the gaps in the body. The drivers door doesn't look right in one of the photos.
If you get it for the low 20's, it would be a good deal. Be prepared to spend some dough on it to fix the things you may not like. I would budget another $5k.
I don't know how anybody can spend that kind of dough on a car custom built from just a few photos.

Anyone buying a car that they have never driven or given VERY CLOSE, in person inspection should pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to the words of wisdom in the last sentence above!
In my estimation, the picture evaluation above is also very good as far as it can possibly go from pictures. The car is nice with some possible problems to deal with. As far is it being called a "clone" is an extreme stretch of the term. To me a clone is a car that is built just as the car being cloned was. I think it is obvious that the restomod term would be more accurate in this case.
Don't get me wrong, I like the car, but I suspect that close inspection would turn up some issues. If the body people weren't picky enough to fit the drivers door and rub out the clear coat properly, where else does their work fall short?
Thanks everyone for the information I received.
The car ended up selling for 26k. I was in for up to 22.5 but I wasn't up for the 26. I'm sure it's a great car but a little out of my price range
