Ford kept the same lug pattern on the mustang. You can run rims off a newer mustang just need spacers to make up for the different backspacing.

If you're looking for cheap the Ford stamped steel wheels are an option. Ford made millions of them. You could buy all four for the price of one TT. Later if you find wheels you gotta have you won't be out any real money. Go with 15 inch to expand the tire selection available, and paint them whatever color goes with your car. Add dog dish hubcaps if you need bling.

<< 15s were only $135 a piece. The cragars were $41

The chrome 15s are no longer on sale so they are back to $150 a piece. The gunmetal ones are $130.

You need to stay with a classic style wheel .they look better on classic mustang. I have 15" Keystone Klassic wheels on my 65 FSTBK they look Awesome!!!!!!!!!. They had them in jegs for 125.00 each, not a bad price, but not sure if they are the same price now

I agree, go with something like Magnum 500, Keystone Klassic, Cragar SS, Torque Thrust etc. Check craigslist or even post a wanted ad on craigs and see if someone happens to have a set that is in decent shape.

You can even get the Styled Steel Wheels in a 15". Personialy I would'nt go any larger than a 15 X 7 . Where I work somtes they bring cars in to the salvage yard with the Classic wheels on the cars.
