Default New Radiator Condition

I bought a new Scott Drake 4 row radiator for my 65 V8 mustang. The paint on top is a little bubbly and the bottom has some paint flaking. Is this normal and just have to re-paint or should it be in "show condition".

IMO, paint on replacement parts gets it from the factory to your door, if you get a better paint job than this consider it a bonus.

Think about it, if the part is imported then well,, it's imported.... if the part is made in the USA, the manufacturer has to jump through so many EPA hoops that they can't afford to put a good paint job on an affordable part.
