Default Charging problems...

I have been trying to fix the charging system on my 65 mustang and have run out of ideas. I have replaced the battery, alternator, and voltage regulator and it still is not working. I have run out of ideas on what to do. I believe my alternator is hooked up right but not 100% sure. Is there anything else I should check? All my ground wires are clean.

Also is there suppose to be a different alternator for AC cars? When I bought the alternator at kragens they told me theres one for cars with AC and one for cars without. I got the one with AC and the posts on the back are in slightly different locations then the alternator I brought in. I still think it is hooked up right but would a wrong alternator cause the battery to not charge?
