WTF Shake base do I have?

Ok... I have had my shaker on my car for a few years. First a 302, then my windsor.
It has never sat perfect, but it's always been close enough.
Last week we replaced the distributor. Now the shaker base doesn't sit right.
Finally decided to spend some time figuring it out.
I have a 408w, and THOUGHT I had the 351W base assembly.
I MIGHT. I don't know. The indent in the front of the assembly where the distributor goes is off center, doesn't line up correctly, and it causes the shaker to sit crooked.
Here are a few pics of my shaker.

Now here is a few pics of the 3 different base assemblies that I got from VMF.

So I THINK it looks most like a Windsor, which would be correct, but the distributor is definitely NOT where it belongs on the indent on the base assembly.
Anyone have any input? I'm hoping I have a windsor, because even if it is incorrect, it is the most valuable one out there.
The choke on the carb sits in the wrong spot on the base assembly, the distributor sits in the wrong spot... WTF is going on?
Anyway, any help would be appreciated.

You also need to be asking what year it is. See below.
"You probably know that Ford used a thru the hood shaker assembly on their 1969-1970 Mustangs and 1970-1971 Torinos. Although all the shakers are functionally the same, there are seven different shaker assemblies. Ford standardized the shaker hoods as they all have the hole cut in exactly the same position. However, each engine offered has a different deck height and center point in the engine compartment. To compensate for this and to make each shaker stick thru the hood in the exactly the same position and height, Ford modified the air cleaner base. As a result there are seven different shaker bases...1969: 351W, 390, 428CJ/SCJ and 1970: 351W, 351C, Boss 302 and 428CJ/SCJ. Additionally, on 351W shaker assemblies, the air cleaner snorkel is unique to the shaker application and 1969 351W shaker snorkel is different than the 1970. This is the only case as all other shakers share the same snorkel as their non-shaker counterparts."
