So theCONVERTIBLE would fall into which of these two body styles?
Some of the things stated so forcefully on this forum just blow me away...

MACH1/GRANDE/BOSS/TWISTER/LAWMAN are trim options,
There was only 2 mustang models in 69-70 COUPE or FASTBACK (SPORTS ROOF).

since we were talking about the difference in mach 1 versus sport roof the only logical two choices could be is teh two hardtop models.
obviously if it was a convertible the argument wouldn't even take place.
i think that it was worded awkwardly. but i think that he was saying the only two possible choices would be coupe or sportsroof.
Lawman wasnt really a trim option... it was like2 customized BOSS 429s that toured army bases to let GIs drive them...
my grandfather painted each of the Lawman mustangs.

Ford created two 1970 Boss 429 Lawmen Mustangs for tour to U.S. troops. Only one of these 1200-horsepower beasts survives today, and it was sold to wrestler Bill Goldberg in the 2003 Barrett-Jackson Auction.

My grandfather painted them and did the striping and lettering on them. MY uncle got to drive one. If I can find the photos of him doing the paint I'll scan em and post a thread. These were MONSTER cars.

These pics are from Goldberg's cardomain site

thats awesome, the reason i asked about the green is my friend here at school has an olive green 67 coupe and i told him it was a GIS car.
that car is pretty cool. i wish i was pro wrestler and had the lawman and a dark moss green gt500
