Default front right tire wobble

Okay, some background; have had my car's interior apart for about a year now and haven't driven the car. Last weekend I finally had all the parts and went to work. Well today all was together and took the car out. Well about 10 min down the road, i got the window roll down and was told that my right front tire was wobbling. So I pulled over tried to tighten lug nuts and all was good. Once I got home had the wife jump in while i watched and could def see a wobble. My question is, what could this be?
My tires and rims are from last year, but probably have less than 20 miles on them. I did have to use the washer spacers to fit the calipers from the disk conversion, but the drivers side has not wobble? I'm at a dead end with the only option to take it to a shop. So please give me something to look at and try to fix on my own. Thanks.

Maybe the tires need balancing from sitting for 1 year with all that weight on them and they have developed flat spots?

I can understand that, but wouldn't that effect all the tires and not just that one? I can see the need to check the balance, but could it be that simple?

did you jack the front end up and spin the wheel. or try removing it, checking the studs etc and mount the wheel again. hey you never know.

well I am going with your advice, and jacking up the car. While I have it up, I am putting in the new front suspension. Have 620 springs and KYB-GR2 shocks. I did notice that that when I took the wheel off, the washer spacers that i had on there for the disk brake clearance had overlapped and weren't level. I am hoping that is what it was. I went out and bought the one piece solid 5 lug spacer from adavanced auto parts. Hopefully I will have it all back on and on the road this week. I am trying to make it to get to drive it to the Louisville street rod nationals show next weekend at the convention center. Crossing fingers.

Well I think that did it. Was meaning to change out the suspension anyway. So now I have the grab-a-trak 620 springs and gr2 shocks. I put on the solid one piece 5/16ths spacer to clear the disk calipers, and looks like all is working with a hand twist of the tire. Just have to road test it once the wife feels like getting away from the TV . Thanks for the comments. Seems it was easier than I thought and it was my fault to start from.
