rear bumper removal

found a couple new ones, man their pricey 50 bucks a piece :O

not only that after removing the old ones there a good sized hole form rust in the taillight panel going into the trunk

Agreed. The metal on them isn't exactly thin or easily pliable, so bending it back must be pretty hard. I think a new pair of front and rear bumpers is $200, but I'm sure you can buy them separate.

The quarter panel extensions? Whats wrong with yours again? I saw in the pic it looks like the paint is chipped, but if that's all, just sand it, do some primer/filler work, and repaint it.

one of them is broken in half from a hit to the bumper and the is cracked and is hanging on by a thread.

In that case you'll definitely want some new ones. It's $110 for a pair.
