Default 9" Rear Chatter

Have a 1966 stang with a 9" rear. Backing out of my driveway on tha turn the back end vibrates or chatters. Only when you first drive it. It does it in forward also at first drive. What could it be?

If it's a posi type, it may need friction modifier added.

Also, if it's a locker type rear end, or a spool/mini spool, it could be the tires skipping along the pavement.
