hard to start when engine cold

hmm anyone have a picture of the curb idle adjustment screw on an autolite 2100?
or what be even more help is showing me how to adjust the 2100, i need simple instructions and cant seem to find them.
1. choke valve is partially open when engine is cold
2. if i adjust the choke so that the valve is closed when engine is cold the fast idle cam is no where near the fast idle screw (ill see if i can get a video of this)
3. car shuts off when i shift even after warming up for 5 mins
anyone can provide pics on how to fix these?
