Antifreeze leak?

Default Antifreeze leak?

Well i got my car running now but it leaks antifreeze when the cars running its not a big leak but its small and consistent. i replaced the lower radiator hose thinking it was that cause its in that region but it wasnt it. what can it be? Thanks in advance.

well water is leaking somewhere. clean engine, then run, then you should be able to see where it's coming from. If not let us know exactly where you find the water/antifreeze. does it collect in a puddle at engine? under car ? take pics

How old is your water pump the seal on it could be leaking.

from where it drips onto the floor it seems like around the water pump area.

i dont know how old it is. its same one since i got the car which is around 6 or 5 years.

go to autozone and get the loan a tool to pressurize the coolant system to check the car with it not running....

Yeah pressure test it you will find the leak listen for air leaking and for coolant dripping.

well i havnt pressure test it yet but, i went under the car while it was on and i saw it dripping from a peice of excess gasket sticking out from the oil pan? what could it be?

it won't be there. the water is flowing down and collects there and will drip from there.
So far it could still be anywhere. Where is that excess piece (front, back, side of engine). track where it's coming from to end up on that excess piece
you're halfway there, keep looking, use a good lamp :-)
