I just finished a steeroids r&p. The rack is a AC delco refurbished part from the early to mid 90's they used on tons of Gm cars. All the other brackets and such were very well made. adjustable bump steer on the tye rod ends, awesome! and 2.5 from lock to lock, so its a little quicker steer then the others. Works Great and there alot cheaper then the other brands. Talk to Randy at speed direct. they also have a small intall video.

like the guys said check , nuts, bolt, and grab some loc tight , my headers were not a prob but close, and i did have to unbolt the engine mount, jack it up in order to get the old steering box out , but no big deal.

I did run into three problems bc it was a 1970 car,,, the power steering lines dident match up. but i was able to make work. Tie rod ends dident fit into the spindles they were too large so i grownd out the spindles a bit , and the bracket off the 1970 dident fit on my new steering column , so i picked up a 1969 bracket .

All in All i love it !! and my car is really a joy to drive now! well worth the Loot,

good luck

Do spindles touch the right and left OEM steering stops w/ steeroids?

Unisteer almost touches both; about 1/16"-1/8" away on my 67. Very close to OEM turning radius.

Some prehistoric racks had terrible turning radius.
