Default vibration at idle until I press clutch

I have a 1965 mustang coupe with 200 I6 and the 3 speed tansmission, this thing is acting like it has a bad transmission/ motor mount, but I have replaced all of them, as well as replacing the Zbar bushing. any suggestions?
the vibration all but goes away completely when I push in the clutch, however as soon as I release the clutch it feels like the engine wants to jump out of the car.. HELP

i'd say it's not the engine then. it's somethign behind it. Clutch or gearbox. maybe as simple as a completey worn (missing?) pivot bushing? can't really guess from here.

if that happens already at idle then it cannot be u-joint.

engine in idle and clutch pedal pressed (clutch not engaged)-> nothing in gearbox moves, and nothing behind gearbox moves. Only moving part is engine, flywheel, clutch pressure plate mounted to the flywheel. since this is no problem I think we can rule out gearbox and behind

engine in idle, gear in neutral, clutch pedal not pressed (clutch is engaged)-> same as before but additionally the clutch disc and the input shaft of gearbox is turning. Since this is the problem it should be in that area.

If the Op had said: only when the car is moving, then this is a different story. it seems we're talking about the car being in standstill

Guessing pilot bushing/bearing or tranny input shaft bearing.

The throw out bearing only comes into play when the pedal is depressed and clutch disengaged... His problem is with the clutch engaged..

How is the vibration when you are actually moving?..Is this a vibration or more like clutch chatter?..Does it stop as soon as you are under way?..If so it could be your flywheel has hot spots and or cracks and needs resurfacing along with a new clutch..

Yes but the way he describes it, he releases the clutch, which would engage the transmission and that is when he has the engine bouncing all over. He does say it only happens at idle, which make me believe, clutch engaged and rolling at idle, which then would give a problem if it was a u-joint, or that would be the only time the u-joint would then move. UNless... he is in neutral in idle, and presses in clutch, which without putting it in gear then it rattles. His title and description are either complete opposities or not enough is explained.
