It also come with all the rear leaf spring stuff which it sounds like you don't need. I have a set of 620 springs on the front of my 67 and they are way to stiff for my taste.

I'm not a fan of the Grab A Trak kits. They use poly bushings everywhere, which can be noisy and harsh.

I'd recommend sourcing as much as you can from John at OpenTracker Racing Products. Top quality stuff, and customer service is excellent. Roller perches, UCA relocation with his UCA's, a set of good springs, and some quality LCA's and you'll be good to go.

I have the Grab A Trak 620 coils (which are actually 560lb) with roller perches and Edelbrock shocks and I'm very happy with the ride. It's a bit stiff for most people, but it's not overly harsh. The roller perches and Edelbrock shocks really help to smooth out the ride quality.

For steering parts, stick to Moog. Top quality stuff. It's pricey, but there's a reason. The components will likely outlast the car.

thanks guys. starfury, im going to use Moog Parts for steering, ill probably go with Cal-Trac split mono leafs and cal-trac traction bars from the rear, and for my front suspension parts ill call john and see what he can do for me. i definitely want to go with roller perches and id like 620 springs to ensure 0 body roll

I did the conversion from RC Motorsports (Rod and Custom) and I love it. Nothing say's handling like going 140mph in your 67 Fastback and holding the wheel with your pinky. It turns like it's on rails. I can take 35mph highway ramp turns at 55mph. I did the front and rear set up. It's like driving a brand new car....handles like a BMW with the torque of a 67 muscle car.
