Hello if anybody has fitted an Eleanor body kit and has any tips please share them , mine was purchased from mustangs unlimited , i dont think is the best one out there as we are having a hard time fitting it so far.

 

My first and best tip that I can give (since I'm building an Eleanor) is ditch the kit and buy a kit from www.mustangstofear.com Although it may be more expensive than your current kit, it will save you a ton in labor $$$$. You can check out my thread and see how easy the install has been for me - not to mention; I'm a girl.

 

Hi and thank you for the reply , the problem is that am limited to my actions as am not located in the USA , and the current build order took me several months to reach me ,and still am waiting for delayed parts to reach me .
Yes your right it takes a lot of time to fit it , last night we worked almost 3 to 4 hours on a side scoop and we are not done yet.
At this point it would take huge amount of time for a new body kit to reach me and then to fit it and finish the car , also it would mean that i would spend about 7000usd or more in body kits including there shipping, that at this point i cannot .
I have till the end of the month to deliver it to my painter so i have to work with what i got .
