Default Can someone tell me how the dome light mounts?

Like I mentioned in the past I took my car apart 25 years ago. I don't remember if it had a dome light then but I would like to install one now. Problem is there is nothing to screw one to. I must be missing a bracket but my searching for images of what it might look like revealed nothing.

Anyone have a picture or link?

I should have mentioned it is a '68 fastback.

I had to make the message short because for some reason posting on this site actually causes my laptop to overheat and shut down.

So did fastbacks not come with dome lights? It seems the coupes had a additional brace under the roof that the dome light mounted to.

Smile fastback dome lights

Hi Mike,

The dome lights in fastbacks were in the quarter panel not the roof. That is why you can't find the overhead bracket.
