Default 2004 power seats

I located a pair of inexpensive 2004 front seats. I wanted 2007 seats to put in my 65 because it is an easy install. I know 2005-2009 are the same but what is the difference in the 2004 and the later years? Would I be better to just pay the difference and get the 07's?

That is what I needed to know. I will give them a call. I really appreciate the info. That made for a quick decision and will make the swap even easier. Your help is much appreciated.

This is a rookie question, but how do you get the picture with your personal info like you have on the left in the box? I've tried all I know to try. Thanks.

Go to "user cp", then, in the column for "control panel", look for "edit avatar". An avatar is the picture under your username. From there, go get your picture.

I'll give it a try.
Thanks,

2004 seats are very uncomfortable, many 2004> mustang owners install s197 seat in their mustang.

The 66 Mustang I looked at had the 2007 seats in it. Maybe that is why he used the 07 seats. I am sure the 04 seats are much better than the 65 seats, but if I am going to change I want the comfort. Back to the drawing board. Thanks

I ended up winning the bid on a pair of 2004 Rousch black leather seats out of a car that only had 18K miles on it. Paid a little too much but black is what I was going to have to re-upholster the other set to. Nice Pony embroidered on it so it will go well with my the original pony interior I put in. I also hope it helps make the 3-point belts I installed feel a little more comfortable. Thanks again for the advice.
