aod conversion

Default aod conversion

Im planning on doing a aod conversion on my 65 stang.. will my torque convertor on my c4 fit an aod? thanks guys

I doubt it will work they are two different trans.

The AOD uses a converter designed for 2 inputs. 1 and 2 are on one shaft and 3 and 4 are on another. No other converters will work without trans modifications.

You need to get a flexplate, converter and new crossmember for the AOD.
You will also need cooler lines, throttle pressure lever kit for the carb, and an auxillary cooler.
