Default STILL CONFUSED

why couldnt this be easy on a beginner like chevy and chrysler. [:@] ok im back with the same problem on id'ing my engine.
i looked at the VIN it said m code 4v cleaveland than i look at the front driver side head and on both of my engines there are two 2's one above the other and im like 90% positive that both are 4v cleavelands but why do they have 2's on them......................is ford trying to make me do math because added up that is four but why not just put a 4 instead of two 2's[:-]

please help me figure this out before i lose sleep[]

Probably a beer swilling, dope smoking mechanic that was working in the Ford head shop back in the 60’s, and wanted to be funny.

What are the other numbers on the head?
