It looks rough could have been wrecked before or maybe even just rusted through.

Yeah, I'm guessing the previous wreck damage made it crack there, but not break. Over time it corroded until it let go. Regardless, it looks repairable. The OP may need to weld a thin plate on either side to help hold it together since I suspect there will be gaps when he presses the two halves together. If the gaps are not too big, then he can probably fill them as he is welding and it will be almost good as new.

You guys are all right about the damage. I'm upset because the previous owner never told me that the car had been wrecked before. It had a clean title but, one of the first things I noticed after having the car for a month was when I lowered it, only the passenger side fender kept rubbing on the tire. Then later on as I pulled the engine out and rebuilt it, that's when I saw a crack underneath the radiator support but it had been welded together.

I really dont have a plan of attack right now. I need to have a professional look at it and assess the damage. Right now I just see dollar signs with the crack! lol..sigh...
