i prefer ford engines, pretty much because thats just what im most familiar with.

Yes, it helps to be familar with them, i learned how to work on Chevy engines, probably why i think it's easier to work on them.

i'm still a newbie to the world of engines but all i've worked on are Fords. Mom's f-150, my 69 mustang and my 2000 mustang. I havent had TOO much trouble. Except the whole restoration and getting the rusted engine out of a rusted body with bolts that are 40 years old...lol. it runs though,[sm=gears.gif]
