Default nos question

so i just put a nos system on my 66 289. The spray bar goes fron to back across the manifold. I am running a stealth dual plain manifold. Does the fuel and nitrous shoot out both spray bars, or are the seperate. meaning one bar for fuel and one bar for nos. If they are seperate i think this may cause an issue. One side of the engine will get nos and the other will get the fuel.

Someone please let me know.

I am thinking that this is meant for a single plain intake.

so i answered my own question above, i removed the carb and armed the nos. i had the wife press the button and it does shoot out both sides of the sprayer.

I have a few other questions but i am going to post them in the nos forum.

All I have to say is make sure your fuel system is more than adequate..

Fuel safety switch would be a good idea too if you dont already have one.

if its a plate system you have one blue inlet and one red, one is for fuel and one is for nitrous(NOT NAWS OR NOS).

I have ran nitrous for about 15 years on everything from my quad,my fastback,my 94 GMC truck and my boat.Never ran a fuel shut off, never ran a separate fuel system.I also worked at Nitrous Oxide Systems for a few years in the mid 90's

Im not saying you have to run a fuel pressure safety switch but if your fuel pressure drops for whatever reason it will be nice to have. And for the 35 dollars they are it would be smart to run one 35 dollars is alot less then a new motor. Ive never upgraded my fuel system either besides on the 2005 but thats running nitrous, supercharger and e85. On stock ive only shot a 125 and 150 a hand full of times.
