Unhappy What is this?

hi Guys,

yesterday i have replaced my wiper motor but i've find this component bolted to the wiper motor, what is it? there were no wires attached, but the socket where the cables attach, and one of them is broken. Can you help me please?

It looks like a relay for a tilt away steering column. What years is your car? They didn't offer the tilt away until 67.

Could be a relay for the seatbelt warning light also.

looks like the relay for your flux capacitor

Looks like a ballast resistor. You don't need it unless you're running points.

Not a ballast resistor, if it were it would be ceramic. It is a relay for something and I'm pretty sure that it is for a seatbest warning light.

mmmmhhhh ... I do not know what it is ... when I disassembled the engine wipers, they were screwed, but no link ... o.O
