Default Build sheet

Uncovered my build sheet when I pulled my interior this week. Two what appear to be identical sheets taped to the floor. One is pretty much gone but the other is very intact. What's a good source to decode?

I found my build sheet under my passenger seat while cleaning the car out real good one day. Wasn't completely all there but I did find out from factory mine had seatbelt delete done. Pretty interesting.
