Default Help with a 68

Bought my 68 this weekend, of course it needs work. I have restored 1 in the far past, but it has been a while. I am not current on who has the best deals and best quality anymore. I am aware of CJ Pony Parts, but are there any more recommended vendors for restoration parts? Any input would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I second Mustangs Unlimited. I would also recommend Late Model Restoration as I believe they are selling early parts too.

I like to use cj mostly, free shipping and they aways have sales going on. I usually plan out my orders alot and try everyplace cj for most of my stuff has been the cheapest due to the free shipping. Its nice to order a 10dollar part you forgot and not have to pay 10 dollars to get it shipped. I have used lurual mt mustang on things like heater boxes as they seemed to be the cheapest. Also used mustangs plus their decent, mustang depot seems expensive. Never used mustangbarn just due to their website could be better i dont like using a pdf, but have herd good things about them so maybe one day, wish they would just make a website like everyone else.

I use mustangs unlimited for almost everything. I use cj pony for big parts that normally would require extra for shipping from somewhere else.

Subscribe to MustangMonthly. It'll keep you up to date on the latest products and techniques. Regardless who you select as your go-to business, you get what you pay for. I would also suggest finding a local bone-yard that specializes in mustangs. MustangPlus is about 45 min from me, and nice bunch with a very large inventory. Kinda odd I've never seen a mustang in the parking lot, though.

I appreciate the info. The 68 is jammed in my shop right now. As soon as I can get to it, I will post some picts and hopefully start a build thread. Any other suggestions?
