Ive been researching! I just kinda chuckle to myself that maybe I am to ****. With how common a Shelby drop has seem to become I cant believe someone hasn't manufactured these.

I doubt there's much of a need or want, if people wanted to fill them they would weld them up and repaint.
Most people just leave them be as you don't really see it anyway and it doesn't hurt anything if left open.
