Default 67 coupe restore question

I'm doing a restomod 67 coupe and have come across a spot I need some advice on. I'm trying to do a very complete job of restoring and painting/protecting the body but have found a spot that I can't seem to get to without cutting and re-welding, the space under the grill where the windshield sprayers are located. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Take a peek at this thread:

It is long, but it probably shows you how to make many of the repairs you will need.

Yes the cowl, sorry sometimes the terms escape me. That other post does show one one way, guess I didn't think about drilling out the welds, might have to do that with the rear quarter panels too.

I had to do it on my 65 mine was really bad had to replace the upper and lower cowl. Its not that bad if you have done things like that before but if you havent it would be pretty hard. I have see where some people that cut a corner off the cowl top panel to get the the lower part. I have never done that due to both mine need both upper and lower full panels.
