DO you mean one of them has a 289, and the other has a 302?

I didn't understand your post. Would you please post it again. There are no 289 HP Mustangs from that era. Just 289 CID. And, there were definitely no leather interiors. What does OBO mean? Are you trying to sell them? If so, then you are in the wrong section.

Do you mean one is a 289/271 K-code, AKA HiPo, and one has a transplanted 302 or 5.0??

OBO stands for "or best offer" so I think he is trying to sell them in which case he is in the wrong area.
