Default Interior Lacquer paint?

Does anyone know where i can get some good interior lacquer paint for my dash and doors? I want it to be by the quart not in spray cans. Im looking for a 1965 red color. Should I also spray a clear coat when doing this.

What I would do is go to http://www.ppgcarpaint.com/ and find your car's color through the search. Get the single stage laquer in a quart or pint.

Get a good compressor while you are at it. Mine is a 135 psi and works just great for painting.

I have a DeWalt 8 gallon compressor. Even with a slightly smaller tank, it's the pressure that counts. The smaller compressor will just cycle more often is all.

I Must get a compressor. There are so many good tools you can buy/rent. Most of the tools arent too expensive.

Yeah, I don't know how anybody gets by without an air compressor and the related tools. Anything from taking off your wheels, painting to blowing out filters, finishing a rebuilt carburetor, etc. An air compressor will be one of your most valuable tools, but get a good one the first go round. The electrics are just fine. You don't have to invest a bunch in the gas operated ones.

Will 135psi be enough pressure for all the basic tools?
