plug wire to dizzy cap orientation for windsor

Buckeye has a great post and advice here. One caution - try to find a cap that doesn't have position 1 identified to minimize the confusion. If your position 1 is not he cap's identified 1. (or some poor guy is going to have nothing but problems trying to get the engine started if the wires are all yanked out at the same time at the next replacement).

Hey thanks for your help with this!

Thats pretty close to what I was picturing (Plug 1 at 12oc) this should help avoid the crowding mess I have now. Currently plug one is about where plug 4 is in your drawing.

Ill try dialing it in this weekend.

I set it up just like shown in your drawing and it works wonderfully. The plug wires I have now are about 9 years old Im thinking about replacing them and running them in front of the valve covers rather than over the top..
