Default WHAT TH HECK IS THAT??

hi guys an gals
a fella has me working on his 67 tang, we replaced all the worn out power steerin gear with a totally new cool system from "borgensen" drives like a dream now, no more "hearding" it between the lines.

while under the dash working with the steering column tube i see a stamped sheet metal pedal just above the dimmer switch, it's attached to a bellows with 2 vac lines wandering off into the abyss, WHAT TH HECK IS THAT?

got a non leaking original pump, ram, valve for sale now

thanx for all the posts in this classic tang section.

reckon i will be back here quite a bit

That is for your windshield washers. Push the pedal, watch the squirt and the windshield wipers actuate.

I remember foot dimmer switches. They would get sand/dirt/snow in them & get that "sand in the Vaseline" feel.
