I just ordered power steering for my 67 289. I have never done power steering on anyting before. do you have any tips or do you know of a place where I could get instructions?

Are you converting from manual to power? What all did you buy?

I'd try to pick up a factory service manual, and also stop by the library or local book store and look through their available books. As much as I dislike Haynes manuals and the like, they may provide better information in an easier to understand fashion. Just always seems they leave something important out that will be in the factory manual.

The down side to a factory manual is they presume you are a technician at a Ford dealership in 1967, with all the special tools and fixtures, and this is where a Mitchell or Chiltons (professional series) manual comes in handy. If your local library does not have this available, the county library should.
