Default which valves seals do i need

I am running and older set of trick flow 170cc heads that have the pedestal mount rockers. Which vavle seals do i need. summit lists three different options. It depends on the O.D. of the seal.
The heads are currently on the block and i am not wanting to remove them. I have all the tools i need to do the job. I just dont know which seals I need.should i take one out and mic the guide before i purchase?

Hi,
Now, I'm running TFS 170s with Viton Posi-Seals as shown in the pic. My heads are 3 years old now. However, the guides need to be machined in such a way as to accept them. What are you running now?
These are on my Windsor JRs before switching to the TWs.

I have an older set of TW 170s with the standard valve seals. two of them have popped up and there are several others that are leaking.
I was just going to replace them with the head on the car. with a standard TW seal. However there are several different sizes.
I dont really care to take the heads off the car.

Hi,
Have you broken them down, so, we can see what you have. Might help with the choice?
As I mentioned, my TWs are wearing the the posi-seals and are 3 years old. How "old" is old for your heads? What type seals are they?
