Default Spindle Condition

I am looking to replace my damaged 1969 spindles with 70 ones (I know this requires different tie rods and wheel bearings). I have been looking for a set everywhere, and someone just emailed me some pictures of a set for sale. They look pretty good to me, but I wanted second opinions. I will include what he wrote about them too. Do these look worth it?

Hello here is the least marked up set of D0OA drum spindles. All sharp corner edges will need ONLY light file work looks like some are just factory burrs. SMOOTH clean inner SEAL surface just polish no rust. No picklefork dents very light ring @top ball J area. Not much if any marks on tie rod hole and bottom ball J hole. The smooth shank has a witness mark where the bearing sits (looks etched) on shiny metal but cant feel a ridge. There is a circle ring at the face of the ledge where the inner bearing pushes up against but i have never seen a spindle with out a mark. There NO spun bearing here These would be my first choice for a concourse there as good as they come.
