i want to know what it's the best way to restore some original panel in my 68 fastback ? I have some blue interior parts that i want to put black !

Or you think i am better to sold my original panel and buy some black one from CJ ?

wash them with dawn.
wipe down with wax and grease remover
scuff up with a scotch brite pad
clean and wipe down with wax and grease remover again
spray with the color you want

i assume you mean the hard parts and not fabrics?? for the fabrics i recommend TMI stuff you can get it from all the mustang parts houses..as for the hard metals and plastics the above procedure is what you would use. I just used plain black paint when i redid my stuff and used base coat/ clear coat paint to get it done.
