Fan blade number decoding !!

Default Fan blade number decoding !!

Hi !
I have a 7 blades fan that come with my 68 fastback with a 288 4 bbl. can you help me to the identification and told me what this number was ;

This number are on my blades ;
CF-D4TA
8600-HA

Seen like the blade was for a ford bronco 66-77 cooling fan blade 18" with a 289-302 !
That's fit for a mustang with a 289-302 ?

The casting number, D4TA, suggests that the fan is 1974 or thereabout vintage, and the T suggests that the fan if from a truck application.
