I have a set of the nickel plated Tri Y's. It sounds like I have blown one of the gaskets. Bought from NPD, no help from them.

I cannot locate a part number and nobody at Autozone, Advance, Napa, Paddock etc. seems to have a clue on what I am looking for. Anybody got a part number and place where to buy a set? Any suggestions? I mean, how frickin' difficult does it have to be to locate some gaskets!

just tell them you have a 65 mustang-289-and then say gaskets-exhaust manifold gaskets.

 

so you can use the standard exhaust manifold gaskets w/ the tri-y's?

They are different. but they might work.

 

get some dead soft alm ones so u dont keep having this problem 76066018 for round ports and 76066014 for square from jegs they r only 34.99 it will eliminate this problem and i am pretty sure that they are reusable
