Default front tires squealing over hills

hey guys ive got a friend who has a 66 convertible he has the Granada front end and the ccp steering box conversion and the larger sway bar everything is new under the car the problem is that when going over any small rise in the road the front tires are squealing like they are either laying out or maybe the toe end is out the car was aligned and solved the problem for maybe a hundred miles or so and started again the strange thing to me is that if you pull up on the front of the car it stays up and same when you push it down it stays down shocks have been checked and seem to be ok any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated

How recently installed were the springs before the alignment was done? If the car had new springs, settling can cause toe issues.

the springs have been in the car a few years everything seemed fine until the new ccp powersteering conversion, took the car and had it aligned afterward and was fine for a few hundred miles

Sounds like the front bushings are shot. The A arms are rotating inside the bushing so the bushing grabs and keeps the suspension from returning to normal position. This changes the alignment every bump. Are they original from the Granada?
You should also check the bolts and shims for the upper A arms are not loose, and the shock tower is not deflecting due to rust under the battery.
