OK, my original 289 65 with only 125K hasn't been touched. So, from what I am reading about all these incredible milage reports, she should be good to go as an original in about 160 years from now. Hmmm. Will we still have gas and oil then.

I recently rolled my I6 200ci on my 65 (The odometer that is). This is the original engine on the car and the people who had it before me obviously didnt drive it a whole lot. Since Ive had it I think that Ive put close to 3K miles on it (in about 3 months... - Not to mention I have Antique tags) Oops LOL

the milage on my mustang is a big mystery, the speedo hasn't worked in 8 years. put in a new gage and stil nota so the odomator says .1, the engine is a 68 302 I took out of a 65 parts car so still unknow. all I did to it was change the intake and carb. But I can say my 96 ranger has 297395 and the motor has never had any work done to it. other than normal maintance.

132,000 original miles. Never even had the carb rebuilt on it. Still runs great!
