i have had several different types of headlights in my 66. The lights I have now are so far the best. I picked up this set off amazon and liked them so much i bought another pair for my 75 bronco.

although they say Jeep, they come with a plus that fits your factory light plugs.

But what was mentioned above is true. you also want to add a headlight relay so all the power for the lights no longer goes through the light switch. this makes them far brighter and also will make the switch perform better and last longer. you can do this Very easily. some of the vintage Bronco sites have a prewired harness that plugs right in and is very cheap. here is a link for it. It also comes with detailed instructions.

i forgot where i purchased the one i have but it was only 19.99

this is totally worth it if you drive your car a lot. If you are keeping it stock, this may not be the way to go however.

Opps, i guess i did not read the entire post. you would need a smaller 5-3/4 inch light.
