Default Engine rebuild

I have decided to rebuild my 200 I6...So I need a lot of parts and a lot of time because I am going to replace everything...Any ideas on what parts to use or maybe some machine work?

These guys probably have answers to most of your questions. www.fordsix.com Basically though, you need to tear the engine completely down, and take the block in to have it cleaned and re-bored. Then the head needs to be overhauled. Then the crank needs to be either replaced or ground. Depending on the condition of the rods and pistons, one or all of them may have to be replaced. New rod bearings, and new rings, of course. New oil pump. Possibly a new distributor and plug wires with new plugs. Overhaul the carb. All new gaskets. If you want to heat it up a bit, follow the guides of the fordsix site.
