I’ve had my 66 in storage for 4 years. What is the first steps before turning it on or attempting to turn on??

 

I would start with making sure the fuel tanknos empty and as ckran as it can be.

Next i would install 2 or 3 fuel filters between the fuel pump and carb.

Next, i would turn the motor over by handnin nuetral. See youtub videos

Nex5 i would install a fresh battery and turn thatbsucka over. Hopefully, you get a few pops and some exhuast smoke
